We named this Pit the Sedona BBQ Pit after the simplistic yet beautiful town of Sedona. This Pit features a Vertical Smoker with a Boothill (no firebox) or Scottsdale Grill. Shown above is a Sedona smoker with a Boothill.

The vertical smoker features 5 shelves with 3.5 inches of spacing between. The smoking chamber and firebox are separated by a v pan welded on the back and front with a 1.5 inch opening on the left and right to allow the heat to move into the cooking chamber. A (V shaped) stainless steel water pan sits inside the v with a 1 inch offset to keep the water pan from direct contact with the fire (no boiling water). The pit features heavy-duty 6” steel casters making the pit easy to move despite the weight. The pit pictured above has a 36” BootHill Cooker (without the Firebox) weighing in at 975 pounds. It is a beast.
